Stephanie’s Wedding Dress Cleaning in Connecticut
Bride Stephanie Rodriguez traded in the falling leaves in the North East for the beautiful palm trees of Jamaica for her destination wedding. She looked absolutely stunning in her gorgeous Maggie Sottero wedding dress. Read our Q&A with her below!
How did you know that your wedding dress was “the one”?
I purchased my dress at Kleinfeld’s in New York City and I knew it was “the one” the moment I put it on.
When was your wedding and where did it take place?
Our wedding was on November 29, 2013 at the Sandals Whitehouse resort in Whitehouse, Jamaica. The weather was absolutely perfect on our wedding day, so we couldn’t have chosen a better location!
What is your absolute favorite memory from your wedding day?
The best moment was walking down the aisle towards my husband and seeing the ear to ear smile on his face and the tears in his eyes.
Why did you want to get your gown cleaned and preserved?
I wanted to get my gown professionally cleaned mainly because I’m hoping to resell it on PreOwnedWeddingDresses.com. I wanted it to be clean and ready to be worn by the next bride as it truly is a stunning dress.
Why did you decide to get your gown cleaned by a member of the Association of Wedding Gown Specialists?
I chose to get my gown cleaned by an AWGS member because I was looking for an authentic and professional place where I could trust my gown to be handled with great care and I wouldn’t be wasting my time and money. I am someone who is always looking for the best of the best when it comes to spending my hard-earned money, as I hate to feel dissatisfied. I was referred to Orange Restoration Labs by a great friend of mine who has similar standards, so I trusted her judgment and am extremely pleased with the results.
